Holiday Boat

Ace of Spades has been designed to stylishly sleep four people for one, two, three nights or more. Ace of Spades is very popular with hirers who would like to spend a longer day on the canal, ideal for a weekend or just a couple of days. Inside, you will find a beautifully fitted out wood interior, a large bathroom with a freshwater flushing toilet, with a hot/cold shower, a pinewood kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, coffee machine, microwave, utensils and a foldaway table to sit around.
At the front, the bench seats convert into a double bed when required allowing you to choose between two single beds or a double bed. There is a 19 " television / DVD in each bedroom for further entertainment. The front has a set of doors/windows that open outwards allowing you to enjoy the full vista and outdoors. At the rear there is a double bed and a television / dvd to provide any entertainment should you get bored of the outdoors. The boat is fitted with central heating for cooler days and hot / cold running water. ( There is a fifth single bed which is built in above the double bed so ideally this would probably only suit a couple with three children ) The rear of the boat has a cruiser stern which is larger than more traditional boats allowing more open space. Access on and off the boat is easier and there is space for crew members as well as the steerer.

There is a fridge, four ring hob and microwave so if you fancy cooking there are utensils & crockery (plates, bowls, mugs and glasses). Don’t worry about steering, it's easy; you will be given full instruction and handling tuition on arrival. The boat hire includes diesel, gas and water. If you are cruising overnight, there are towels, sheets, duvets & pillows provided to compliment your comfort.

Our start time for holiday cruises start between 2-4pm to allow time for arrival & instruction.

Many guests have different criteria for their experience with us and for that reason we have a selection of other boats for you to consider. Please note a pre-authorisation deposit is required using a valid debit / credit card.

Ace of Spades standard holiday hires are :

Weekend breaks (3:00pm Fridays to 9:30am Mondays).

Midweek breaks (3:00pm Mondays to 9:30am Fridays).

Weekly, 10/11 day & fortnight breaks (3:00pm Mondays/Fridays afternoons to 9:30 am Monday/Friday morning).
